Health and Healing From Eating A Clean Diet Consisting of Actual Food
I know that you are what you eat (and, what you don't eliminate). In the past several years I have cleaned up my family's diet in a most careful, focused and researched manner. Research and searching for Truth is one of my passions....and gifts. Thanks be to God for that. There is so much I have to share on this topic. I will start and add more content on eating for healing over time. First off, what you feed your body is what it will have to use to re-build, heal, recycle pieces and run all processes it needs to attempt to self-heal. Eating for healing and health encompasses both eliminating "matrix food" and adding in clean nutrition your body needs. I will explain how I cleaned up my family's diet, what "matrix food" is and what actual food is.
"Matrix Food" Versus Actual Food
What do I mean by "matrix food"? I use that term to describe poisons and toxins packaged as and presented as food. What do I mean by "clean nutrition" or "actual food"? By clean nutrition I mean real food that is nourishment for our human bodies. Actual food. Food that is non-GMO, organically grown, pesticide free, toxin free, grew out of the ground, came from a tree or had a mother...a mother that ate a clean food diet. It is typically easy to tell if I've just ingested matrix food or actual food. If I chose to ingest matrix poison, I will feel it, meaning, I don't feel so great after, or, worse yet, I actually feel a bit sick. When I've ingested actual, clean nutritive food, I feel nice, balanced, "my tummy is happy" as one of my littles would say.

Goodbye Fast Food
Wow, this one was simple, and soooooo impactful! As a homeschooling mother of 5 awesome children with lots of energy and interests, we are often driving to or from a fun activity, class or sport. It was all too easy to get everyone into the car with their equipment and water bottles and "just grab some food on the way." I knew fast food wasn't particularly nutritious, but, at the time (prior to my last 4 years of research) didn't realize just how toxic and detrimental it is for us. I could say so much on this topic. I recommend you dig into this topic a bit on your own, not using Google, especially dig into "flavor enhancers" and the Globalist Agenda. The day we eliminated this fake, weaponized product from our lives, our health increased dramatically. Now we pack food at home, bring our own filtered water in our own water bottles, or plan enough time to stop by a local grocery store on the way to pickup some organic food items.
Goodbye Dead Dairy
I could write a whole book just covering dairy, homogenization and pasteurization, and the incredible benefits of eating live foods (many have, in fact, one of my favorites is Nourishing Traditions). I own this book and have referred to it often. The first section, before the recipes begin, is required reading for my older children. I grew up appalled at the idea of eating "raw dairy," after all, it would kill you and was bad for you ...everyone knows that. Yes...the dairy our ancestors ingested for generations, before the major rise in cancer, auto-immune disorders, alzheimers, neurological disorders, heart disease and chronic inflammation is bad for us. The new, processed, devoid of enzymes dead dairy offered to us, along with all the diseases listed above, that is what is healthy for us...right? Looking back from where I am now, with the years of research I've done, and, carefully undoing my Matrix programming, and, as an avid ingestor of raw dairy....that I once believed that seems ludicrous.
How did I get over my unreasonable fear of eating raw, live dairy? I must give the credit to a dear family member on the east coast, Mrs. Catherine White. Thank you again, you sweet lady. We had just driven across country for 3 weeks, exploring our awesome country, and were now enjoying dinner at our east coast family's home. After dinner Catherine offered me coffee, which I happily accepted. She then asked me the key question, "Would you like to have the 'good' creamer?" My response, "How could anyone say no to that?" She then took me out to the garage fridge and told me about the cow they owned an interest in so that their family could get raw dairy. That struck a chord with me...was she offering me raw cream? "Oh no, can't have that," was my thought. I think she could see my hesitation and sense the change in my energy. She shared a very special and helpful story with me about how her husband had had such a horrible time with "normal dairy" (pasteurized, homogenized, etc.) until they discovered raw, live dairy, and until they found the raw dairy, he literally could NOT eat dairy. He can ingest the raw dairy with no problem at all. I asked how long they had been ingesting it and if they had experienced any bad effects. They had not. I was so moved after her story, and, much more confident, I gratefully accepted the raw cream in my coffee. Never looked back. If he couldn't "handle" processed dairy, but, no problem at all with raw, there must be something to this. This launched me into intense research into raw, live dairy. I explored the debate between Pasteur and Bechamp, (I'm with Bechamp). The work of Westin A. Price, which is also in the book I mentioned above, Nourishing Traditions. Podcasts by natural doctors I admire, talking about the high level of vitamin F in raw dairy and how ingesting it regularly can help prevent sunburn, sun damage, and help your body better use and convert energy from the sun. I also had my family attend a talk by the founder of the largest raw dairy in California, Raw Farms. Excellent talk, and, of course, we conversed with him for quite awhile after. He had a unique business and political point of view as well as many stories of healing that people had experienced after switching to live, raw dairy and eating a clean, organic diet. Very inspiring. We are now a raw dairy family. The first summer following our adoption of raw dairy regulary, we didn't burn. At the lake, we didn't burn. I am not a fan of sunblocks at all. We didn't use any, and, DIDN'T BURN. Don't know if I can say enough about clean, well-sourced living foods, raw dairy is right at the top.

Stop what you are doing. If you have a microwave in your home, stop reading this, and UNPLUG it. Go now. I'll wait. Did you do it? You just greatly lowered electric radiation, magnetic radiation and RF radiation in your home!!! If you take the next step of taking that weapon outside and using it for target practice you've finished the job. I'm proud of you. Microwaves destroy the active enzymes in food making everything harder to digest and destroying the nutritional benefit you might have received had you not nuked your food. (Now, if you are microwaving a so-called TV dinner, it doesn't really matter, that wasn't real food anyway). I have even tested microwaves that are plugged in but not in use with my tri-field meter. They give off tons of radiation even when not in use. That radiation is detrimental to you. This is the Tri Field Meter I use.
Goodbye Soda Pop!
Sodas are carbonated and full of sugar, at best. At worst, they are full of high fructose corn syrup, CO2, and chemical "flavor enhancers." Look up flavor enhancers and what companies can add to "food" under the heading of "salt" or proprietary additives. They can hide all kinds of harmful items, with origins you would not believe, under these headings. Carbon dioxide is vital food to plants, it is a waste product our bodies eliminate to us. Do I enjoy a carbonated beverage on occasion? Yes I do. I enjoy them. Especially organic kombucha. I am aware I am re-ingesting an item my body sees as a waste product, but, I don't do it all the time.
Hello Organic Food and Farmer's Market!!
We LOVE fresh, nutritive food and supporting our local organic farmers!!! This has changed the way we feel, our energy levels and the way we view food. Many times, grabbing an apple from the grocery store can't even touch the flavor and deliciousness of a farm fresh nutrient-rich apple. We hit our farmer's market every week. We love it. It is also vital to limit or eliminate mass-produced meats, eggs and fish in favor of clean, free-range, wild caught, organically raised animals. The hormones, antibiotics, pesticides, etc. the mass-produced versions contain are highly HIGHLY damaging to us humans. I will do another article just on this topic.
